30-day money-back guarantee

If Smile8 isn't for you, we'll refund your purchase within 30 days of the order — no questions asked. Email hello@smile8.app from the address you purchased with, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. The associated license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Gifts

Gift purchases follow the same 30-day window, counted from the order date. Either the buyer or the recipient may request the refund.
